The Oceanside Inn
The Oceanside Inn is located in a small town called OceanPlace, Oregon. The inn is, as the name would suggest, directly on the coast of the Atlantic Ocean. It is generally regarded as a small hotel, consisting of ten rooms and a lobby. The building itself is U-shaped and about half of it is two stories. The lobby is raised up approximately ten feet off the ground to allow cars to pass under it into the concrete center. The first few rooms surrounding the lobby are stacked in twos, one on top of the other, and are level with it. There is a semi-narrow balcony just barely wide enough to fit three small white lawn chairs side-by-side that wraps around the inside of the U-shaped building, connecting the four rooms on top with the lobby. At the other end of the U-shaped building opposite the lobby, which backs up almost directly into the water, there is a light-stained wooden deck. The deck is about the size of a room, perhaps a foot smaller, and has several wooden chairs on it with a Jacuzzi placed in the middle. Beside the deck on both sides for some number of feet is a decorative wooden fence that connects it to the outside wall of two rooms closest to it. The outside walls of the entire building are all made of gray/brown siding. The roofs are all made of slightly darker tiles. Each room has wood flooring everywhere except the bathrooms, which are tile of varying shades of gray and/or white. The furniture in every room is just about the same, though some of it is missing or in less-than-ideal condition. Each room has one twin-sized bed except for the two upstairs rooms on the end, which are slightly larger and have two twin-sized beds. Each room has multiple windows, the two closest to the ocean water having the largest ones on the wall overlooking it. Every room has wooden doors. In terms of stairs, there are two very small sets of stairs leading up to the universal deck on both ends. There are two sets of stairs leading to the upstairs balcony (which connects to all of the rooms) on either side of the lobby. There is a front door to the lobby on the outside of the U-shaped building (on the right coming in), which has a small opening area before leading immediately to a flight of stairs.

Surrounding Area
The Oceanside Inn is, as previously mentioned, located on the shore. From the view of standing in front of the U-shaped building, just behind it is the beach. In all other directions, there sits the small town of Oceanplace, Oregon. The town basically consists of a few old shops, houses, and the inn, which tended to bring in the most money (aside from the diner easily within walking distance). Approximately ten miles north of the town is the Pullara Ranch, home of a group of survivors called the Ravens. The landscape, as is normal in Oregon, changes rather quickly from beach to woods. The location of the Oceanside Inn is actually quite unique, as traveling thirty minutes in either direction would lead to the typical rocky shoreline/drop-offs.
This is the territory description for (where else?) the Bloodhounds' territory for the group :iconsurvivalists:. I left a lot of the furniture up to the people, but please don't go overboard. XD Just make it as consistent with the theme for the rest of the building as possible, unless your character brings fancy talking refridgerators and shit with them. XD
